What certificates does Handicare hold?

Handicare Stairlifts holds both the ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 certificates. This certification demonstrates that Handicare has effective management systems in place for quality and the environment.

The ISO 14001:2004 certificate relates to the environment, whereas the ISO 9001:2008 certificate is all to do with quality management. The customer and continuous improvement both play central roles in this. This certificate is evidence that we manage our processes effectively, that we strive for increased customer satisfaction and that we strive for continuous improvement.
